Orthodox conversion to Judaism requires mikveh and brit milah or hatafat dam brit, and observance of all mitzvot (commandments) of the Torah.
Non-Orthodox conversion to Judaism through Reform or Conservative process may require less, though some authorities may not consider the conversion valid.
